Cabinets built for the way you actually live.
Custom American cabinetry, made to order. Every door style, wood species, and finish chosen for your room — not pulled from a warehouse.
The cabinet is the room. We help you get it right.
We carry two cabinetry lines — one fully custom, one exceptionally well-made at a more accessible price point. Both available to see in our Andersonville showroom, where we design alongside you rather than hand you a catalogue.
Crystal Cabinet Works
Founded in a Minnesota garage in 1947, Crystal has grown into one of the largest custom cabinet manufacturers in America without losing the craft that started it. Every cabinet is built to order — your door style, your wood, your finish. Traditional, transitional, or contemporary. Kitchen, bath, or built-in. Made in Princeton, Minnesota.
What makes Crystal worth specifying: the joinery. Dovetail drawer boxes, full-extension undermount slides, solid wood face frames. The construction is visible in the details and felt in daily use for decades.
Come in and see the display. We'll pull samples alongside the hardware and stone to show you how it reads together.
Legend Cabinetry
American-made in Cottonwood, Minnesota — a community revival story as much as a cabinetry company. Legend brings genuine quality and a wide finish range to projects where the budget has a ceiling but the standard doesn't. Strong door style selection, real wood construction, and the kind of craftsmanship that comes from a team of experienced makers who have been building cabinets their entire careers.
Right for kitchens and baths where quality matters and the spec needs to work within a number.
Custom Built-Ins
Fireplace surrounds. Bookshelves. Mudroom systems. Reading rooms. Window seats. Bar cabinets. If it's built in, we design it.
We spec and finish custom built-ins of every kind — and finish them in Little Greene high gloss paint, exclusively available in Chicago at Heritage Home Supply.
A lacquered bookcase in Puck or Bone China Blue. A mudroom locker finished in Obsidian with Barber Wilsons hardware. A fireplace surround that finally looks like it belongs. These are the details that make a room feel considered rather than assembled.
Come in and we'll design it with you, cabinetry, finish, and hardware selected together in the same conversation.
The whole room, one conversation.
We don't have a showroom floor full of display kitchens. What we do have is everything that goes around them — stone, tile, hardware, lighting, and paint, all under one roof, all chosen with the same intention. When you spec cabinetry here, you're not making one decision in isolation. You're building the whole room.
Come in. We'll help you get it right.
