Showroom Reservations Approved members may reserve Bloom & Co. on Mondays and Tuesdays for private client appointments. Reservations are required and subject to availability.

Mood Board Drawers Mood Board Drawers are available for organizing and storing active project selections. Drawers may be reviewed periodically so space remains available for current work.

Project-Based Samples Samples may be provided or requested for active projects and are subject to maker availability, timing and applicable fees. Membership does not include unlimited or individual sample ordering at no charge.

Client Visits Your clients may return to Heritage Home Supply to review documented selections when you cannot be present. Our team will follow the project direction you have provided while protecting your confidential pricing and client relationship.

Trade Pricing Professional pricing applies to eligible purchases made directly through Heritage Home Supply or Bloom & Co. Pricing varies by maker and cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated. Approved members receive access to the confidential Trade Lab Pricing Guide.

Sales Tax Exemption Resale documentation is not required for Trade Lab membership. Members requesting a sales tax exemption on qualifying purchases must provide the appropriate resale documentation for verification. Applicable sales tax will be charged when resale documentation is not provided.
